The ideal state is that in which an injury done to the least of its citizens is an injury done to all.

As Oliver Cromwell declared in 1653:

“An immovable parliament is worse than no parliament at all.” And we say that a Britain ruled by unaccountable corporations and monarchs is not a free nation, but a criminal regime.

The British Crown’s criminal nature is further attested by its lawful conviction for Crimes against Humanity on February 25 th 2013 by an international human rights court. The verdict of that court disestablished the authority of the British Crown and its criminal co-conspirator the Vatican and sentenced Elizabeth Windsor (aka ‘Queen Elizabeth’) and Joseph Ratzinger (aka ‘Pope Benedict’) to life imprisonment in absentia.

The effect of that historic verdict was the same as when the tyrant King Charles the First was decapitated on January 30 th 1649: it severed the power of the monarchy and lay the basis for a Republic in Great Britain and every Commonwealth country.

Thus did the sovereign Republic of  Kanata arise in the wake of the 2013 verdict, to replace Crown rule in Canada.

Now it is time for the people of our land to do the same.

Like his namesake who was overthrown by Parliament in 1649, the  present King Charles is awash in corruption and complicity in murder. The  same court that convicted his mother Elizabeth for the abduction and  disappearance of indigenous children in Canada in October 1964 found Charles guilty of ordering the murder of William Combes, an eyewitness to that abduction.

By law, no convicted criminal is allowed to govern or hold office, and must be deposed. Anyone who serves or protects such a criminal is guilty of the same offence, since 

“Be you ever so high, you are not above the law.” 

As three arms of a criminal octopus, the Crown, the Church of England and the Vatican have no legitimacy or lawful authority, and pose a permanent threat to the lives and liberties of our people. Having been lawfully abolished by an Act of Parliament of March 17 th 1649, the British monarchy has never been a lawful de jure power since then; it remains a detestable rogue regime whose replacement is a matter of Necessity and Justice.

Accordingly, there exists no institutional remedy for the institutionalized crime of the Crown. The cure for the Group Crime of British Church and State is a new nation, conceived in liberty and the sacred understanding that the people must govern themselves and not be governed by one man.

Under Magna Carta and our long tradition of Common Law, We The People have the right and duty to depose monarchs and establish just laws and governance. In that spirit and to protect ourselves from tyranny, we have combined and covenanted together to establish a self-governing Republic of Equals known as Albion.

Therefore let it be known that because of these indisputable facts, We The People gathered in common Assembly hereby and for ever sever all allegiance, whether real or implied, to the British monarchy and the convicted criminal called King Charles III, and to the present government and its crown law.

And further, we the people establish across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland a new sovereign jurisdiction and Body Politic that is the Sovereign Republic of Albion, which replaces the national and legal authority of the former United Kingdom.

In that solemn purpose, we acknowledge that all the people of our new Republic must safeguard their lives, well-being and liberties through laws and practices that serve everyone, and not according to class distinctions and special privileges. 

We therefore proclaim that the industries, banks, and general wealth of our nation and its lands, waters, and resources are 

not the sole property of any individual, group, or corporation, but belong equally to and are collectively owned by all the People, according to the Natural Law of Equity, Justice, and Peace. 

Therefore, upon this Pronouncement and Necessity, warranted by our Sovereignty and Right of Claim as freeborn men and women, We the People of Albion invoke the judgement of the Law and the blessings of Creation and our ancestors by hereby proclaiming the establishment for all time of the Sovereign Republic of Albion. 

This Republic shall now and  henceforth constitute the sole legitimate authority and lawful jurisdiction governing the lands and waters of the former so-called United Kingdom.
