The document 'The Constitution of The Republic of Albion' will likely take years to write.
We are mindful that for a constitution to function, aligned to and empowering us into Natural Law and it's organisation in Common Law,
it is felt in the hearts and minds of the people, and lived through our individual and collective actions.
A written constitution is a charter or treaty made by and for The People that creates limitations on authority, public servants or systems of governance that may emerge from the population. It is for this reason that no authority, public servants or system of governance can affect, amend, alter or in anyway change or deny a constitution. A constitution not only sits above legislation or man-made laws but provides the framework from which they can function in order to serve The People.
We are aware that the Charter / Constitution of these Islands has been denied, forgotten and miseducated out of the minds of those who were meant to protect it. The Reclamation and recognition of the ancient rights and freedoms embodied within those documents
is vital to the Nation of Albion. We are not in denial or ignorance of Magna Carta 1215.
We will speak to many & learn from many, but be fundamentally guided by principles of Natural Law, Abundance of Mother Earth, The commonality of all our needs, Non-imposition, In Perpetuity, and more.
We can say that The Constitution of The republic of Albion will not be a political manifesto or a press release,
and will not refer to the changing aspect of legislation and circumstantial challenges of the old system, but will instead look to the principles and foundations of the new, with respect to our ancient foundations, in order to provide a framework within which our laws and society can legitimately work for the good of the people.
Through our relationship to the Lands of Albion, it's history and people, we will discover more about how we protect a constitution we write from future denial and ignorance.
